Tobago teachers are expressing growing frustration as delays in leave benefits and career advancements mount.
There is a reported massive backlog in applications for leave benefits and career advancement, with paperwork moved from Tobago to Trinidad in a box.
TTUTA Tobago officer Deon Rodriguez told Tobago Updates the process is failing Tobago teachers.
“Between 200 to 300 applications were packed in a box and returned to Tobago without being classified. So right now in this space, Tobago teachers are in limbo,” he said.
