Chief Secretary Farley Augustine ran the first leg of the Tobago Torch Run, marking the commencement of Tobago Day 2025.
Mr Augustine ran from the jetty in Charlotteville at 5:30am, taking the torch up the steel hills before passing on the baton to the next runner.
Several other activities are planned culminating in a Cultural Concert and Drone show on 6 December.
