Three men have been detained and suspected stolen items recovered following an intelligence-led anti-crime exercise in Sangre Grande.
Operation Steady Guard, conducted overnight by the Eastern Division Task Force, was launched after a watchman reported a larceny in progress along Eastern Main Road, Manzanilla.
Officers intercepted a vehicle with the three suspects, finding armoured cables, a panel box, a battery, a speaker, and assorted tools.
The suspects remain in custody as investigations continue.
