The Tobago House of Assembly made a strong showing at this year’s National Health Research Conference, held yesterday at the Hyatt Regency.
Delivering greetings, Health, Wellness and Social Protection Secretary Dr. Faith Brebnor underscored the importance of evidence-based decision-making, reminding attendees that “good data leads to good decisions.”
The conference focused on the growing impact of climate change on public health.
Staff from the Office of the County Medical Officer of Health and the Tobago Regional Health Authority also participated, as the THA reiterated its commitment to research, collaboration, and building healthier, more resilient communities.
