A second person has been charged with the murder of Odel Samuel, who was gunned down in the vicinity of Movie Towne on 19 November.
Mickel Guiseppi of Chaguanas was charged with the offences when he appeared before Master Mohammed of the High Court on Monday.
The matter was adjourned to February 26.
A male suspect was arrested by Homicide Bureau of Investigations on 29 November.
