A San Juan man was killed in Tobago just after 8pm on Wednesday night.
Tobago Division police reported that they were called to Sandy River in Mason Hall to investigate loud explosions.
When they arrived, they found Israel Collins, a labourer, laying motionless on the ground with wounds about the body.
Investigations continue.
