Police in the Southern and South-Western Divisions executed two major intelligence-led operations this week, targeting priority offenders and illegal weapons.
In Pleasantville, officers seized a pistol and ammunition after arresting a 23-year-old suspect.
And in Penal, a joint unit recovered over a kilo of dried cannabis worth $27,000.
The TTPS says these operations form part of ongoing efforts to curb violent crime.
