Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar says her Government is keeping its promises to the people of Trinidad and Tobago.
In a post via X this morning, she highlighted that this week, three major commitments were fulfilled.
These were the Home Invasion Bill, the first batch of laptops was distributed to pupils at Penal Secondary School, and a 10% pay adjustment for public servants.
She added that in under seven months, the government also reduced fuel prices, strengthened healthcare, and took steps to lower food costs.
The Prime Minister says the work continues, with a focus on jobs, economic diversification, and improving citizens’ quality of life, emphasizing that promises made will be kept.
