Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar has reaffirmed her commitments to establish a church-led school and a faith-based credit union to empower families and strengthen communities.
After last night’s Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship Christmas Dinner, she invited the group to submit proposals for review.
The Prime Minister said the school will be grounded in Christian values, discipline, prayer, and moral formation, while the credit union will support members, uplift families, and help grow small businesses.
She added that these initiatives reflect aspirations rooted in faith, responsibility, and service, forming part of the foundation for the nation they continue to build together.
