More than sixty men across Tobago are now better equipped with vital life-skills after participating in a recent Development of Healthy Working Standards Programme workshop.
The session, held on December 4th in Scarborough, focused on strengthening emotional well-being, communication skills, and conflict resolution — key areas identified as essential for supporting healthier families and communities.
Facilitators say the strong turnout highlights a growing interest among men to engage in personal development and proactive community leadership.
Participants described the workshop as empowering, noting that it provided a safe space to discuss real challenges and learn practical tools for everyday life.
Organisers plan to host additional sessions in the coming months to reach even more men across the island.
