Tropical Storm Dexter has formed in the northern Atlantic, however it is not expected to impact any part of North America.
It is currently located northwest of Bermuda and east of the US state of North Carolina.
Maximum sustained winds are currently near 75 km/h, with slight strengthening forecast during the next couple of days.
However, the National Hurricane Centre expects Dexter to become a post-tropical cyclone by the middle to latter portion of this week.
This system poses no threat to T&T.
