Three new production wells at the Carapal Water Treatment Plant promises to boost production by about 500,000 gallons per day.
WASA said this will lead to improved service from Erin to Santa Flora, including Palo Seco, Carapal and Los Iros.
Other improvements for the district include additional pipeline infrastructure upgrades.
 
Minister in the Public Utilities Ministry and La Brea MP Clyde Elder said that all measures were being utilized to bring relief in short, medium and long term phases.
