The 6.1-kilometre Mamoral Slope Stabilisation Project is now complete.
After a sudden landslip, the Ministry of Works said its Highways Division moved quickly, installing a gabion basket retaining wall, critical drainage, and fully rehabilitating the road.
The upgrades have stabilized the slope, strengthened the roadway, and reduced the risk of future slips, restoring safe, reliable access for the community.
