A man was shot dead early Tuesday morning in a deadly ambush in Williamsville.
The victim, identified as Alan Samaroo, was reportedly standing along Esmeralda Road, on his way to work, when a gunman emerged from nearby bushes and opened fire.
The shooting took place just off Guaracara-Tabaquite Road, near Riversdale Presbyterian School.
No arrests have been made so far, and police are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
