Thirty young singers will face the judges in the semi-final round of the TUCO/First Citizen’s/Smalta National Junior Calypso Monarch Competition 2026 on 31 January.
The competition begins at 9:00 am at D’Kaiso Dynasty, Radisson Hotel, Wrightson Road.
TUCO stated in a media release that the young calypsonians distinguished themselves with “strong performances, lyrical creativity, and strong presence.”
