Jamaica will go to the polls on September 3rd.
Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness made the announcement last night during a Jamaica Labour Party rally.
The JLP currently controls 49 of the 63 seats in Parliament while, the opposition People’s National Party holds 14 seats.
Nominees for parliament will present their lists on August 18th
