The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) has announced a major shift in how Amusement Gaming Tax Returns are filed, moving entirely to a digital platform.
In a statement released on 20 February, the IRD confirmed that starting with the 2026 period, all returns must be submitted through its e-Tax Logged In Service, with paper returns now officially discontinued.
License holders are reminded that any outstanding returns prior to this digital transition must still be filed using the previous manual system.
Going forward, all required information—including the number of gaming machines on the premises—must be uploaded electronically.
The IRD emphasized that this marks the future of Amusement Gaming Tax filing: secure, efficient, and fully online.
