Trinbago Knight Riders are the 2025 CPL Champions!
The T&T franchise earned their 5th title with a thrilling 3 wicket win over Guyana Amazon Warriors in Providence last night.
After winning the toss and choosing to bat first, the Warriors quickly slumped to 65/5.
Resistance at the end of the innings eventually saw them to 130/8 in 20 overs.
TKR’s reply also saw some wickets falling cheaply, however contributions from several seasoned players got them to 133/7.
Akeal Hosein was named Player of the Match, while Player of the Tournament went to Kieron Pollard.
