New details have emerged in the death of Oscar-winning actress Diane Keaton.
A death certificate, obtained by USA TODAY, revealed that the immediate cause of death was primary bacterial pneumonia and no other significant contributing conditions were listed.
Keaton passed away on October 11th at 79, after a few days of illness, at a Santa Monica hospital and was cremated on October 14th.
Her death marks the end of a legendary career that spanned over six decades.
