Eight persons were killed in a US military strike in the Eastern Pacific yesterday.
This, according to a post on X by the US Southern Command.
The operation, directed by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and carried out by Joint Task Force Southern Spear, targeted three vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations.
Three persons were killed on the first vessel, two on the second, and three on the third, after intelligence confirmed the vessels were engaged in narco-trafficking along known routes in international waters.
