The Chairman of the Couva/Tabaquite/Talparo Regional Corporation, Councillor Ryan Rampersad, along with members of the 11th Council, have extended a warm welcome and commendation to Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar upon her return to Trinidad and Tobago following a successful and productive visit to the United States.
Chairman Rampersad highlighted that the Prime Minister’s engagements with US officials and key stakeholders mark a significant step in strengthening diplomatic and economic ties between the two countries.
He noted that the discussions during the visit are expected to deliver tangible benefits for Trinidad and Tobago, including increased investment opportunities, economic growth, and enhanced cooperation across strategic sectors.
