The Caroni Village Council is calling for justice, following the death of 11-year-old Arianna Ramdial, a student of Caroni Hindu Primary School, who passed away last Thursday.
The community says it stands united in mourning, demanding accountability, and urged support for justice and the protection of all children.
According to a Guardian Media report, relatives said Arianna complained of pain in her right shoulder, after reportedly being pushed against a concrete sink at school, which led to her hospitalization.
The school and the wider community said the tragedy has deeply shaken everyone, and calls are growing for answers and justice.
