A new online system will replace paper arrival and departure cards for travellers entering and leaving Trinidad and Tobago from March 17th.

The Online Arrival and Departure Card platform was launched by Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander earlier today at the Ministry’s headquarters.

Assistance will be available at the airport for travellers who are unable to complete the form on their own.

The new platform, developed in collaboration with CARICOM IMPACS, is currently available in six languages and will apply at all aviation and maritime ports of entry.

Meanwhile, Minister of Digital Transformation Dominic Smith assured that steps are being taken with relevant agencies to ensure travellers’ personal data remains secure.

This is the first phase of the project and will continue to be monitored, updated and improved as technology advances.

Travellers can access the platform at www.travel.gov.tt.

THE PROCESS:

  • All Passengers MUST complete the online Arrival/Departure Card.
  • You will have access to the portal 72 hours before arrival or departure.
  • You MUST save the Arrival/Departure receipts containing the QR Code for presentation to officials.
  • Please print the receipts containing the QR Code or download to your mobile device.
  • Using the online Arrival/Departure Card provides you with the convenience of expediting your movement through our ports and enhances your travel experience.
