33 students have been arrested under the School-Oriented Policing Initiative.
Launched in September last year, the initiative is meant to tackle criminal and delinquent behaviour in the nation’s schools.
According to ACP Brian Soodeen of the Specialised Support Unit, the arrests were for offences ranging from marijuana possession to assault.
