Trinidad and Tobago’s women’s team are on the verge of sealing a place in the next round of Concacaf W Qualifiers after drawing 2-2 on the road to Honduras.
Nikita Gosine’s 87th minute penalty gave Trinidad and Tobago a share of the points after T&T had gone down 2-0 in the first half.
Allyson Reed scored in the 9th and 21st minutes to put Hounduras, before a Kedie Johnson sent T&T into the dressing room at half-time at 2-1.
However, Gosine kept here cool with the game on the line to tuck home another penalty with three minutes to go to level matters in the match.
The Women Warriors need a win against El Salvador at home to seal a place in the next phase of qualifying.
