WI vs Pak win

West Indies claimed a commanding 202-run victory over Pakistan yesterday, in the 3rd ODI at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy.

The win sealed a 2-1 series win for West Indies, its first ODI series triumph over Pakistan since 1991 and its 4th biggest win in ODI history.

A combination of stellar performances from player of the match, West Indies skipper Shai Hope (120 not out) and player of the series, fast bowler Jayden Seales (6/18) propelled the home side to a triumph that they had not experienced since 1991.

In the last few over, the Windies continued to add cushion numbers, posting a total score of 294 runs while the bowlers crippled Pakistan’s batsmen in just 29.2 overs, concluding their innings with just 92 runs.
