A High Court Master has issued a warrant for an expatriate suspect, believed to be the leader of an organised crime group in Arima.

This followed an August 6th investigation, which led to arrests being made after joint police operations.

DPP Roger Gaspard subsequently advised that charged be laid.

Three men, charged with the conspiracy to traffic marijuana, were granted $200,000 bail each, with reporting conditions, by a High Court Master Aida Mohammed, while a fourth suspect was denied bail.

The matter has been adjourned to September 3rd, 2025.
