Two persons have been detained in connection with the murder of kidnap victim Vishnu Lalla.
This was confirmed earlier today by Captain Vallance Rambharat, head of the Hunters Search and Rescue Team.
According to reports, the 63-year-old farmer of Windsor Park in California was kidnapped around 6:45PM on Saturday, following which a $100,000 ransom was demanded for this release.
While the cause of death has yet to be determined, authorities are working swiftly to gather more details and the victim’s family is expected to formally identify the body later today.
Vishnu Lalla was the brother of prominent businessman Krishna Lalla.
