A school shooting in Minneapolis has claimed the lives of two children, ages eight and 10, while 17 others have been injured.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz confirmed the attack happened at Annunciation Catholic School, calling it a “horrific act of violence.”
BBC News reported that the gunman was killed and there is currently no active threat in the area.
