Police have arrested two suspects in connection with a robbery at the Two in One Supermarket in Fyzabad on Tuesday.
Officers from the San Fernando CID, along with the Southern Division Emergency Response Patrol and Task Force, intercepted the suspects in Palmiste.
One was found with cash, phones, watches, and ammunition, while a .40 calibre pistol was later recovered nearby.
Police also seized over four thousand dollars in cash, stolen items, and a vehicle believed to have been used in the crime. Investigations are ongoing.
