The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is urging parents to continue providing both financial and emotional support to their children, even after relationships end.
Inspector Michelle Lewis told TTT News that fathers should make use of the court system to ensure consistent financial contributions.
She also emphasized that parents have an ongoing responsibility to care for their children’s emotional well-being, regardless of their relationship status with the other parent.
