The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a young female found in the Belmont District earlier today.
Police say the child was located within the Belmont area and has been taken into safe custody at the Belmont Police Station, where she is being cared for while officers work to identify her and locate her parents or guardians.
Authorities report that the child appears to be in good health and there are no signs of injury.
Anyone who recognizes the child or has information on her identity or the whereabouts of her family is urged to contact Belmont Police Station immediately or visit the station in person.
