Trinidad and Tobago’s delegation has arrived in New York for the 80th United Nations General Assembly.
Leading the team is Foreign Affairs Minister, Sean Sobers, joined by Parliamentary Secretary Nicholas Morris and Permanent Secretary Randall Karim.
Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar along with other government officials are expected to join the delegation later this week.
The team is expected to engage in high-level discussions on global development, climate action, and regional cooperation.
