Interim President Delcy Rodríguez says the government will listen to all sectors of society following a transport strike in the capital Caracas.
Rodríguez said the administration is using its Democratic Coexistence and Peace Program to address disputes through dialogue, stressing that “everyone will be heard.”
She also pointed to an Amnesty Law and other mechanisms aimed at reaching agreements between political leaders and labour groups.
The acting president warned against external efforts to influence unrest and reaffirmed citizens’ right to freedom of movement.
