There was a strong demand for accommodation in Tobago for the Easter weekend.
President of the Tobago Hotel and Tourism Association, Reginald McLean, told Tobago Updates that small properties did a rousing trade over the weekend.
However, not all of Tobago’s hoteliers were as successful.
“Certain hotels, their occupancy would be very good. Certain hotels the occupancy would be very poor. The villas, the guest houses, the bed and breakfasts, the moms and pops—would have all done very, very well,” McLean said.
