Three men were shot in Chinapoo Village, Morvant on Monday afternoon, forcing people to flee from the streets.
The victims have been identified as Solomon Cambridge, Rodney Williams, and another man whose identity was not disclosed.
The attack occurred near a community gathering and follows a January shooting in the same area that left one dead and another injured.
Hackeem Neverson was murdered, and Cassius McNichol was injured during that attack.
