Theft and vandalism have led to an unplanned water service interruption in parts of South West Trinidad, where restoration expected by midnight.
WASA says urgent electrical repairs are underway at Penal Wells 17 and 18 following the theft of key electrical components, reducing supply in several areas.
Affected areas include Quinam, Charlo Village, San Francique Road, Sunrees Road, Penal Rock Road, Debeidal Road, Solomon Knox Road, Sou Sou Lands and surrounding areas, especially at higher elevations.
