TCL has reportedly confirmed an increase in cement prices starting next Monday.

Just last week, the company warned of a possible hike due to higher gas prices for manufacturers.

In a statement issued yesterday, it confirmed a 15% price increase.

It added, “TCL remains firmly committed to maintaining its operations in the country, supporting more than 350 direct employees and over 400 local contractors and suppliers, and continuing its contribution to the economy as a leading foreign exchange generator, with exports expected to exceed US$40 million in 2026.”

This is the sixth consecutive year that TCL has raised prices, with the last increase in February last year.
