LandmarkTT Properties is the newly incorporated State enterprise which has been launched, by the Ministry of Land and Legal Affairs, to lead a new state-private housing initiative.
This public-private partnership will provide State lands to private developers to build fully planned housing communities, mainly targeting middle to upper income earners.
The initiative aims to meet the high housing demand, by transforming unused State lands, benefiting both citizens and the Government.
A newly appointed Board of Directors will oversee the core responsibilties, including overseeing construction and sales, ensuring compliance with national standards, monitoring project progress, and providing strategic guidance.
The directors are Mr Ferose Mohammed, Mr Darren Atwaroo, Mr Keston Lewis, Mr Gerard Jaggernauth, and Ms Kerry-Anne Lana Maraj.
