The investigation into the police shooting of Joshua Samaroo and Kaia Sealy has been completed.
Samaroo died while Sealy was injured during a police-involved shooting on January 20.
The Trinidad Express reported that Police Commissioner Allister Guevarro says he is awaiting one final document before forwarding the file to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service says it is closely monitoring the outcome and is eager for the DPP’s review.
