Readymix (West Indies) Ltd will permanently close its aggregates and ready-mix operations on March 31st.
According to an Express report, this is according to a change of material notice pursuant to Section 64(7)(b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012, published today.
Readymix (West Indies) Ltd is a subsidiary of Trinidad Cement Ltd.
TCL reportedly stated that the directors of Readymix considered and unanimously agreed to permanently close the subsidiary.
