Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar says the Petrotrin refinery plan must serve the people and help advance Trinidad and Tobago.
This followed a meeting yesterday with the Refinery Reactivation Committee at the Diplomatic Centre in St Ann’s, where she reviewed progress on restarting the refinery.
The Prime Minister emphasized her commitment to transparency and ensuring that any agreement delivers real national benefit.
She stressed that the refinery plan must move the country forward, and provide tangible benefits to citizens.
