Pennywise Cosmetics is now the exclusive authorized retailer in Trinidad and Tobago for ZO Skin Health, a premium medical-grade skincare line.
In a release issued today, Pennywise said this follows a settlement with the Skin Health Institute, led by Dr. Rachel Eckel, after a court case prevented Pennywise from selling the brand in 2024.
The dispute began when SHI argued that the products should only be sold under medical supervision, however after months of negotiations, both parties reached a compromise, and SHI withdrew its claim.
Pennywise emphasized that it always imported genuine products and is excited to offer ZO Skin Health exclusively in the country.
