Shankar Bidaisee has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors for First Citizens Holdings Limited.
Professor Sterling Frost will serve as Deputy Chairman, with the rest of the Board to consist of Crystelle Smith, Prakash Dhanrajh, Sandy Roopchand, Jo-Anne Boodoosingh, Nichelle Granderson, and Javan Lewis.
Instruments of appointment were presented today by Finance Minister Dave Tancoo, after Government agreed to the appointments.
Back in June, Mr Bidaisee was also appointed Chairman of UDeCOTT.
