The North Central Regional Health Authority has reaffirmed its commitment to mental health and holistic well-being with a series of Mental Health Open Day events.
Held at the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex and the Arima General Hospital, the events offered stress-relief activities, wellness tips, and one-on-one consultations to help participants manage anxiety and stress.
NCRHA officials say around 300 people attended, reflecting growing public awareness and willingness to seek help.
Chairman Dr. Tim Gopeesingh and CEO Bhadase Seetahal Maraj praised staff efforts, noting that NCRHA remains dedicated to strengthening mental health services and promoting care across all communities.
