The National Trade Union Centre of Trinidad and Tobago — NATUC — has congratulated former Industrial Court President, Her Excellency Deborah Thomas-Felix, on her appointment as Ambassador to Jamaica.
NATUC says the appointment recognizes her distinguished record of service in industrial relations, social justice, and national development.
General Secretary Michael Annisette described the moment as one of national pride, noting that Thomas-Felix brought dignity, fairness, and balance to the bench and will now carry those values into regional diplomacy.
NATUC also thanked Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar and the government for acknowledging her leadership and commitment to justice.
