The Works Ministry says steady progress is being made along the Western Main Road in Carenage, where culvert reconstruction works are being carried out.
It says the base and side walls of the new culvert have been completed, laying the groundwork for improved drainage and a more resilient roadway.
The next set of work will include: preparation to cast the deck of the culvert crossing, the advancement of blockwork for the wingwalls, and the start of backfilling to secure and stabilise the structure.
