Minister of Culture, Michelle Benjamin, has praised the fourth annual Tobago Carnival for showcasing the island’s unique flair, blending creativity, energy, and community spirit.
She commended the Tobago House of Assembly, artistes, volunteers, and all those involved for delivering a vibrant and safe celebration of T&T’s culture.
The Minister also highlighted the Carnival’s growing significance, now a key fixture on the national cultural and tourism calendar.
She celebrated Tobago’s ability to honor its traditions while adding its own distinctive touch, making this year’s event a true reflection of the island’s heart and soul.
