A new Government initiative, the National Programme for the Upkeep of Public Spaces is being launched to strengthen maintenance services across communities.
This assurance comes from Local Government Khadijah Ameen Minister Khadijah Ameen.
Minister Ameen outlined the parameters of the initiative.
Minister Ameen said the initiative is designed to empower the Regional Corporations and anticipates expanding the project to provide additional support.
