The Government has launched the “Mindful Me” Journal to help children cope with school and exam stress.
Speaking at the launch, Minister of Social Development Vandana Mohit said protecting and nurturing children’s mental and emotional wellbeing is a national priority.
The journal, developed with UNICEF, helps students manage emotions, build resilience, and understand that their worth is not defined by a single exam or grade.
Five hundred journals and 100 branded bottles are being distributed, especially to children preparing for the Secondary Entrance Assessment in March.
The program will be rolled out across all education districts, including Tobago.
